Warrior stance for a Monday

Monday

Currently reading A JUST DETERMINATION by John G. Hemry. 1st of 4 in SFF JAG in Space series.

Fresh from the Academy, Ensign Paul Sinclair has been assigned to the warship USS Michaelson, whose mission is to stop any foreign vessels from violating U.S. sovereign space. When Captain Peter Wakeman mistakenly destroys a civilian science ship perceived as hostile, Sinclair must testify against Wakeman at a court-martial hearing. But Sinclair believes that the severity of the charges against the captain are unjust--and becomes a witness for the defense...

 Published 2003; 267 pages.

I worked on the jewelry. Not the whole weekend, just yesterday. I finalized a couple pieces. And I pretty much know now what I'll do with the remaining 3-4 things.

And I'm excited to get to them this evening. I'd like to have them done this week, if not by Wednesday so I can bring everything in to the bead shop peoples to show 'em off. I'm proud of what I've done for this first time making this kind of jewelry. It's not perfect in some pieces, but presentable.

Something simple for dinner tonight, maybe potato salad and something. Watch a little Antiques Roadshow while eating. Then beading, reading, and bed.

Have a good day

Much love,
