Cross your fingers...

This one's going to be quick. I have an interview tomorrow afternoon (moved up a day from previously set) so I'm doing a bunch of research so I can do spectacularly well. Yay!! Please send good vibes to the universe tomorrow afternoon this way.

Finished BLEEDING HEART SQUARE by Andrew Taylor. Neh, it was all right but not making any lists for me. I'm currently reading next in series for me: THE TARNISHED CHALICE by Susanna Gregory. This is 12th of 15 in series featuring Matthew Bartholomew, physician, and his colleague Brother Michael, in 14th century Cambridge, England. Published in 2006, it has 512 pages. Here's a description:
1356. On a bitter winter evening, Matthew Bartholomew and Brother Michael arrive in Lincoln—Michael to accept an honor from the cathedral, and Bartholomew to look for the woman he wants to wed. It is not long before they learn that the friary in which they are staying is not the safe haven they imagine—one guest has already been murdered. It emerges that the dead man was holding the Hugh Chalice, a Lincoln relic with a curiously bloody history. Bartholomew and Michael are soon drawn into a web of murder, lies, and intrigue in a city where neither knows who can be trusted.
I very much enjoy these books. But I won't have time to read it tonight.
Steve has another extra board meeting tonight. It's usually tv night on Mondays but nothing that I can't let go in order to make time for preparations tomorrow.
Today's Blog/Website of the Day is The 9/12 Project found at http://the912project.com/. This is a project put together by Glenn Beck. Do you remember how the country felt on 9/12? The coming together and good feelings. I think this is what Glenn Beck wants to bring about. Check it out.
I'll let you know how it went tomorrow.
Much love,
PK the Bookeemonster
