Thor's hammer -- Good boy! Now bring me Thor!

TGIF. The weekend came just in time.

Receptionist off today so I'm not able to linger. I've got a bead class tomorrow so yay!

This is the bracelet class that we were going to do in March but the state closed the day before. I'm looking forward to finally being able to do it.

Otherwise no plans beyond relaxation.

Live PD tonight isn't live, it's reruns so maybe we'll watch more Sherlock or Strike Back.

And best of all, we're having Bullman's pizza tonight.

So beading, reading, napping, being with the boys, etc.

Have a good weekend

So is this week ....

Shorter time to get things done this week. And I'm way behind in my work. Can't stick around again today. But nothing new to report. Thursday already which is good. Nothing on TV tonight and probably for the duration of summer.

This evening dinner, play with some beads, go to bed.

Have a good day

Waddaya mean my 3-day weekend is over?

Tuesday.

The weekend was not bad. We had the best-est pizza ever on Friday night. Saturday afternoon I went to the bead shop and worked on a bracelet. Read a lot all three days. Made Steve watch the first episode of the first season of Sherlock and it didn't look like he hated it.  Hung out with the boys otherwise. So, yeah.

Nothing on TV tonight. So dinner, relaxing, and bed time.

Have a good day

Oh, Friday, you doth finally made your presence known

TGIF

Ok, how about Tazo Chai Latte?

No real plans for the three-day weekend. I'm hoping to spend tomorrow afternoon at the bead shop. I haven't really been doing much actual beading in my spare time for about four weeks or so now. Maybe if I'm around my beading friends, they'll be a good influence on me.

I don't want to pack up all my stuff so I'll bring my bead crochet and maybe take a stab at doing a leather wrap bracelet. I've been wanting to do something with these European-style large hole beads:

But they're too heavy for memory wire so maybe leather. Maybe something like this if the store has the right sized cord?

It's been a tough work week for various reasons so tonight we'll just watch Live PD and have take out something or other.

I'd also like to finish watching the Walking Through History series. And re-watch Sherlock.

Or continue watching Criminal Minds. Or re-watch Arrow. Or ...

Napping, beading, reading, writing. Repeat.

Have a good weekend

Much love,

Get in the car, we're outta here

Wednesday

Steve has the gun range tonight. I've got the finale of The Masked Singer. At last. Almost done.

I don't care who wins it as long as it isn't Frog.

Why? Because rapping isn't singing. This is called the masked SINGER. I don't want a non-singer to win.

I may bead while it's on; I may not.

Otherwise, reading and sleeping.

Have a good day

Yes, you HAVE to go to work

Tuesday.

Nothing on TV tonight. I did play with the beads last night. I did discover that the design I was going to do isn't going to work out.

Just out today and I'm about to start THE BALLAD OF SONGBIRDS AND SNAKES by Suzanne Collins. A prequel to THE HUNGER GAMES.

Ambition will fuel him.
Competition will drive him.
But power has its price.

It is the morning of the reaping that will kick off the tenth annual Hunger Games. In the Capitol, eighteen-year-old Coriolanus Snow is preparing for his one shot at glory as a mentor in the Games. The once-mighty house of Snow has fallen on hard times, its fate hanging on the slender chance that Coriolanus will be able to outcharm, outwit, and outmaneuver his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute. The odds are against him. He's been given the humiliating assignment of mentoring the female tribute from District 12, the lowest of the low. Their fates are now completely intertwined - every choice Coriolanus makes could lead to favor or failure, triumph or ruin. Inside the arena, it will be a fight to the death. Outside the arena, Coriolanus starts to feel for his doomed tribute . . . and must weigh his need to follow the rules against his desire to survive no matter what it takes.

Sorry, not much going on.

Have a good day

Monday

Oy. Monday sometimes.

Just customers and phones and someone trying to collect on an invoice they didn't send us that was over a year old and passwords not working, etc.

Nothing on TV tonight. I'm thinking I'll pick up something for dinner. I think the last of the beads for my bracelet project came in the mail today so I could start that if I feel like it.

Have a good day
