It's ok. I've got Teddy on my side.

 Monday

April Found Objects challenge ends tonight. Here's my final submissions:

I actually had a rather craftsy kind of weekend. On Saturday I went to beading group at the coffee shop. I was so tired but I went and ultimately worked on my bead tapestry. I'm on row maybe 23 of 316.

Keep in mind it's 76 beads across. Ultimately it will be 8' x 11'. And I made the last found objects necklace yesterday.

And I've been trying to teach myself either crocheting or knitting for about four decades now. I never stuck with it because maybe it frustrated me. I don't know. I'm not a finisher. Or I used to be more of non-finisher. I got the urge to crochet again. And maybe it's a combination of understanding the yarn path now because of the bead weaving I've been doing for the past three years and maybe I found a good video that makes it more understandable. I started a crochet blanket yesterday and I'm enjoying it.

In fact, I brought it with me to maybe work on at lunch.

Coda is doing ok. The boys are coming to work this week until his stitches are out next Monday. I'm protecting the bottom corner with a really large bandaid. It seems to be doing the job that I need it to -- keeping it clean when Coda plunks down.

Tonight we have Street Outlaws to watch. I've got cube steaks going in the crockpot. I'm thinking sandwiches and fries for dinner.

The name of the game this week is not to internalize the stress. Let the stress flow away...

Have a good day

 Much love,

PK the Bookeemonster
