It's been a tough week. Being without a service manager. Getting hacked again. Mouse in the office.
I read and finished THE VILLAIN EDIT by Laurie Devore. 3.5 stars. I think they're doing the book a disservice by tagging it as romance. There are relationship happenings. There is spice. But it's more of an expose of what happens behind the scenes of a reality show similar to The Bachelor and it ain't pretty. Spice. Graphic language. Emotional manipulation. The MC and others are sometimes not likeable but they're human which is the point as the MC states herself as a "romance" author.
On to one of the other library books.
Sprints tomorrow afternoon. We're going to a show tonight. Otherwise, I just wanna decompress.
