Adding another book to my currently reading, HER ROYAL SPYNESS by Rhys Bowen, 1st of 8 in series featuring Lady Georgiana, minor royalty in 1930s England. Here's a description:
Her ridiculously long name is Lady Victoria Georgiana Charlotte Eugenie, daughter to the Duke of Atholt and Rannoch. And she is flat broke. As the thirty-fourth in line for the throne, she has been taught only a few things, among them, the perfect curtsey. I'm glad the holiday weekend is over. Last night there was a thunderstorm of sorts that prevented people from putting off fireworks -- or they were just tired of it by Sunday night. Now, I think we can all get back to our normal sleep patterns and relax in general.
Steve has a board meeting tonight; I will read and hang with the boys and try to stay awake past 8. :)
