I was on the computer, thinking I should get the boys fed here pretty quick and the timing of cooking dinner and I was suddenly ...
How could I even ....?
You know, the summer is long and we've got a ways to go before the Fall premieres of my shows. We haven't had a Deeks for a while.
And Oliver Queen ...
Nothing on TV for me tonight.
Currently also reading LIE TO ME by JT Ellison. Stand alone. ARC. (Coda had laid claim to it but I wrestled him for it)
They built a life on lies. Sutton and Ethan Montclair's idyllic life is not as it appears. They seem made for each other, but the truth is ugly. Consumed by professional and personal betrayals and financial woes, the two both love and hate each other. As tensions mount, Sutton disappears, leaving behind a note saying not to look for her. Ethan finds himself the target of vicious gossip as friends, family and the media speculate on what really happened to Sutton Montclair. As the police investigate, the lies the couple have been spinning for years quickly unravel. Is Ethan a killer? Is he being set up? Did Sutton hate him enough to kill the child she never wanted and then herself? The path to the answers is full of twists that will leave the reader breathless.
Publishing Sept 2017; 416 pages. It is very much in the same line as GONE GIRL -- isn't everything these days? However, it did pull me into the story right away. JT is a good writer. I received this as an Advance Reading Copy because we're "friends" on Facebook. Perks.
Have a great evening
