Friday!
I'll be going to the coffee shop tomorrow. I'm still not in a beading type mood. I'll probably work on the tapestry instead of the bracelet. I dunno what has blocked me but that's just the way it is.
Steve's brother and sister are in town for whatever reason. We don't know. But I think Steve will go out to dinner with his brother tonight.
I'm not going because I've started a food plan this week. It's called Eat Like a Bear. The framework is to eat one Ridiculously Big Salad (RBS) once a day, eating it in about an hour. Then the other hours of the day is not in-taking anymore calories. This allows the body to digest the calories, the stored sugar, and then work on the stored fat cells instead of giving it more calories to work on. I'm actually calling it "Eat Like a Cow" because of all the chewing.
The woman who "invented" it in 2017, lost 140 pounds doing it - half her size. She has a Ph.D in nutrition. She's written a couple books with recipes that is helpful. The RBS is a framework of 6-8 ounces of lettuce (any type of greens), a protein like chicken or hamburger etc, and a healthy fat in the form of the salad dressing. I'm currently on day four.
It makes sense to me. Steve supports it. I need to lose significant weight; so I need to do something significant.
So no plans this weekend otherwise. Reading, gotta finish putting chains on found objects and taking photos, napping, etc.
Have a good weekend!
Much love,
PK the Bookeemonster
