I'm currently reading SILENCE FOR THE DEAD by Simone St. James. This is a stand alone:

Very sad news:
Anne of Green Gables actor Jonathan Crombie died of a brain hemorrhage, aged 48. The
actor is best known for his role as Gilbert Blythe in the Canadian
television drama film Anne of Green Gables and two sequels. The books, of course, are fabulous and Crombie was just fantastic as Gilbert and able to hold his own against Megan Follows who played Anne.
