So I made empanadas last night for Steve for dinner. For my first try ... not so bad. Not pretty, but edible.
Steve LOVED them. Next time, though, they need more spices and cheese. But it will go into the rotation. I was dancing on the inside. SCORE!
Yeah, like that.
I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight.
