Tonight I have Arrow's mid-season finale "What We Leave Behind":
After Prometheus attacks Curtis, Oliver realizes Prometheus knows all of Team Arrow's secret identities and is planning to come for them one by one. Meanwhile, Felicity and Det. Malone discover a clue that links Prometheus to Oliver's past.
Keeping fingers crossed for a good episode. If you'll remember from last season's mid-season finale, Oliver proposed to Felicity and then they were ambushed in the limo and Felicity was shot ...
And putting a creepy feeling to my favorite song now, thankyouverymuch. And we had to wait until like FEBRUARY for it to start up again. AND THEN she couldn't walk AND THEN they broke up. Argh! I hope Detective Malone dies. Anyhoo, so excited for tonight.
I finished the epic SFF last night. See what can happen when the story is good? 900+ pages and I started it Friday! Ha! Will wait to start book two next month, however.
About to start, I think, MURDER ON LEXINGTON AVENUE by Victoria Thompson. 12th of 20 in series featuring Sarah Brandt, a midwife in turn-of-the-20th-century New York City
When Detective Sergeant Frank Malloy is assigned to investigate the murder of an influential man in the deaf community-presumably because his own son is hearing impaired-midwife Sarah Brandt lends a hand, only to find herself searching for a killer in an unfamiliar world where those who can hear refuse to listen to those who cannot.
Published in 2010, it has 336 pages.
Super cold today. 2 degrees outside while walking the boys. You'd be surprised the difference it makes between walking them at 8 degrees like yesterday and 2 degrees today. At 2 degrees, your nostrils begin to stick together when you breathe.
It's now a balmy 10 degrees out. We take 'em where we can get 'em.
Have a good one!
Much love,
PK the Bookeemonster
