Obviously it's because Agents of SHIELD is done for the season

Steve has shooting tonight; I will be reading. I may keep going in the Charles Todd, or a I may start a new one, A FATAL ENQUIRY by Will Thomas. This is 6th of 6 in series featuring Cyrus Barker, a Scottish private enquiry agent, and his assistant, Welshman Thomas Llewelyn, in late 19th century London. Here is a description:

Some years ago, Cyrus Barker matched wits with Sebastian Nightwine, an aristocrat and sociopath, and in exposing his evil, sent Nightwine fleeing to hide from justice somewhere in the far corners of the earth. It was published May 2014 and has 3104 pages. This series hasn't had a new book since 2008. It is an enjoyable histmyst -- rather along the lines of Sherlock and Watson. 

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.  last night was FANTASTIC! Some things ended with satisfaction; some things ended with a "tune in next season" vibe. It was a "wow".
