Fall and a guy in flannel .... I'd take him home

Queen Elizabeth celebrated her Diamond Jubilee in 2012 and now, at approximately 5:30 pm on September 9, 2015, she will surpassed Queen Victoria and become Britain’s longest reigning monarch, a record which will unlikely ever be broken again. At 89 years of age, Queen Elizabeth continues to work daily, only ever having two days off a year- Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.

Congratulations, Your Majesty!

And proving she's a cool chick, here's a screen from the 2012 Olympics opening ceremonies ... Yes, that's really her.

And then she jumped out of a helicopter into the stadium. What a trooper.

Steve has shooting tonight. I will either read or watch some Netflix. I haven't exactly settled on what to read next but it may the second in the Lunar Chronicles; the one after CINDER, called SCARLET. We'll see.

Words of Wisdom:

We’ve officially reached that annoying time of year where it’s sweater weather in the morning, but by midday you die from a heatstroke.

Much love,
